Our rental-search and visit-arranging support is free for renters.Rent and property-related costs remain separate.

FROM SEARCH TO VISIT

Clear steps. Personal support.

  1. Share what matters

Start with your budget, move date, preferred areas and requirements. You can browse first or ask for help before choosing an apartment. We can help in English or French.

  2. Compare with confidence

Our team reviews your criteria and helps narrow the options. Before arranging a visit, we check the exact apartment, advertised rent, inclusions and availability.

  3. Meet your rental agent

When an option fits and you want to visit, our team puts you in contact with an agent to coordinate the next step. Once the appointment is confirmed, a team member accompanies you to the viewing.

Before you start your search.

Is your rental-search service free?

Yes. Our rental-search and visit-arranging support is free for renters. Your rent, utilities and other property-related costs remain separate; confirm the exact inclusions and terms for the apartment you choose.

Do I need to choose an apartment before contacting you?

No. Start with your budget, move date, preferred neighbourhoods and practical requirements. Our team can help you compare options and decide which homes you would like to visit.

What happens after I request a visit?

Our team reviews your request and checks the apartment’s current details and availability. An agent contacts you to arrange the visit. A requested time becomes an appointment only after it is confirmed with you.

Are building prices the same as individual apartment rents?

An individual listing shows the advertised rent for that apartment; any promotional or effective-rent terms should be reviewed. A building page shows starting prices or ranges, which can vary by unit. Our team confirms the exact apartment, rent and terms before the next step.

Can I work with your team in French or English?

Yes. Tell us your preferred language when you get in touch. The website, search support and visit arrangements are available in French and English.

Does a visit request mean I am approved to rent?

No. A search enquiry or viewing is separate from a rental application. If you decide to move forward, your broker helps explain the application and next steps; the property owner reviews the application.
