Your visit

Make every apartment visit count

A useful viewing answers the questions that photographs cannot. Bring a short list and compare the same details each time.

01

Before the appointment

Tell our team which apartment interests you and when you are available. A requested time becomes a booked visit only after confirmation.

  • Confirm the exact address, unit, meeting point and person accompanying you.
  • Bring room measurements for essential furniture and a list of must-haves.
  • Share any step-free access or other practical viewing arrangements you need.
02

Inside the apartment

Take your time with the rooms you use most. Ask before taking photos and do not include another person’s private belongings.

  • Check light, noise, storage, doors, windows and the furniture layout.
  • Ask about heating, cooling, ventilation, laundry and included appliances.
  • Clarify pet rules, parking, building access and any outstanding repairs.
03

Before deciding

Walk the surroundings and review your notes while the details are fresh. Your broker can help clarify questions before the next step.

  • Check the actual transit route using current STM information.
  • Ask for the exact rent, inclusions, availability and agreed work in writing.
  • If working with a broker, the OACIQ register lets you check their licence.
